The Illinois City/County Management Association, Illinois Government Finance Officers Association, and the Northern Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies presented the Annual Illinois Financial Forecast Forum: Private Sector Views that will Impact the Public Sector on Jan. 19, 2018 at Harry Caray's, 70 Yorktown Center, Lombard, IL.
