Robert McCabe began his career as a police officer in South Florida. He left law enforcement in 1990 to finish his education. Bob began his legal career as a prosecutor in Florida where he was a lead trial attorney at the Hillsborough County State's Attorney's Office in Tampa. He then went on to practice at the Florida Attorney General's Office in the eminent domain section. After leaving the Attorney General's Office, Bob began practicing labor and employment law, concentrating his practice in public sector labor and employment matters. He regularly negotiates disciplinary matters, grievances, and arbitrations and handles employment litigation.
