Workforce Development and Economic Analysis

Aligning industry needs and worker skills.

Many workers are unemployed or underemployed. At the same time, about 70 percent of companies report that they have trouble finding qualified workers to fill open positions. We're here to help your community align workforce supply and demand to strengthen the economic prospects of individuals, companies and the community. We'll start by gathering data about employers, residents and educational institutions to identify local strengths and needs. Then we'll guide you through the different workforce development models available and help you implement the right initiatives and policies for your community.
